Real Estate agents are provided with the HFRRA Residents’ Association Constitution, Bylaws & Design Standards on request
Purchasers Solicitor must obtain copies of & provide to you with explanation:
- HFRRA Constitution
- HFRRA BylawsThe purchaser's solicitor should complete the following forms:
- Deed of covenant (DOC)
- Change of Ownership (COO)
These forms should then be signed by the purchaser & be returned to the RA Secretary on or before settlement.Vendors Solicitor should write to the RA Secretary at least 5 working days prior to settlement & request:
- Levy Certificate; details of levies owing.
- All monies owed to the RA must be discharged on or prior to settlement.
- A Property Transfer Fee of $150 GST incl. is invoiced by the RA as an administration fee for this service (the BC 400345 properties are excluded).
